RENEE M. RUBIN 

Society of Nursing and received the Foundation Award for Academic Excellence in Nursing. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University, where she was an editor for The Stanford Law & Policy Review and Vice President of the Moot Court Board. 

She is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.

 

An avid reader, Renee is a member of the Stanford Book Club of Pasadena and volunteers with the Friends of the South Pasadena Library in her free time.

Renee M. Rubin has over two decades of complex civil litigation experience. She is well-versed in the defense of all types of labor and employment matters. Renee’s extensive medical professional experience as a former Registered Nurse also gives her valuable insight into the defense of technically complex personal injury cases. In addition, she is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the intricacies of insurance coverage issues, insurance coverage litigation, and government regulatory affairs in the area of environmental and California Proposition 65 litigation.  Her clients have included Union Oil, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc., and the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Liability Fund. 

 

Renee obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Graduating with honors, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor
